These operator details are not finalized; this is a development preview, not a claim of legal compliance. Illusion is a free, experimental messenger for adults aged 18 or older. Do not create an account if you are under 18. No date of birth or identity document is collected. Self-declaration is not robust age verification, and this service has not been cleared for child-directed use. Keep your password and encryption-key backup safe. Passwords alone cannot restore your private key. Message text is end-to-end encrypted in this preview; photos and videos are uploaded without end-to-end encryption and can be accessed by the relay operator and hosting provider. Do not send sensitive media. Do not use the service for unlawful content, exploitation, threats, harassment, spam or infringement. Respect other people's privacy and rights. Report abuse from the selected message/profile; blocking is available. The operator reviews reports manually and may suspend accounts for abuse. You keep rights to your content and grant only the permission needed to transmit/store it and display your chosen public profile. Report evidence is intentionally shared with moderators. You are responsible for permissions for uploaded pictures, banners, fonts and media. There are no payments, subscriptions, ads, hidden fees, purchased rankings or fabricated reviews. Your internet/Telegram provider may charge separately. Hosted availability depends on Cloudflare, network access and free-plan quotas. Local hosting requires the host laptop to stay online. No promise of uninterrupted service, absolute secrecy, legal immunity or professional security certification is made. Mandatory consumer/data rights are not excluded. Governing-law and business terms require the actual operator details and jurisdictional review.
